I am a supporter of the modern world cuisine, but also of the traditional Czech cuisine. I always like to add different elements to the Czech meals and make the food unique and special by this way.
In the kitchen I prefer simplicity, elegance and right spirit team. I have gained my work experience during the stay in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where the prestige and quality are at the forefront. The Mediterranean cuisine inspired me by its characteristic tastes, and I try to mediate in the new menu full of fish and also a lot of seafood dishes.
